- Returned shared transfers (55-minute domestic flight followed by a 7-minute speedboat ride) are chargeable at USD 450 nett per adult and USD 370 nett per child (2-11.99 years). Subject to fuel surcharges or airline changes, where applicable.
- A mandatory Green Tax of USD 12 per person per day will be charged.
- 3rd adult sharing a villa will be charged USD 281++ per person per night, including full board meal plan.
- Children (2-11.99 years) sharing a villa with a rollaway bed is charged USD 150++ per person per night, including full board meal plan.

– A copy of a valid professional ID must be submitted at the time of request/booking, and e-approval is required to validate the reservation. Bookings without approval will not be honored and will be considered invalid.
